1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using KismatChakra — whether on our website, mobile browser, or any other platform — you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age.
• Have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
• Have read and consent to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use KismatChakra.

2 Description of Service

KismatChakra is an AI-powered astrology platform that provides personalised astrological readings including:

• Daily Horoscope — personalised cosmic energy report for today.
• Career Oracle — astrological guidance for career and workplace decisions.
• Love Match — compatibility reading between two individuals.
• Fortune Oracle — general cosmic energy and fortune reading.

Readings are generated by an AI system trained on Vedic astrology, Hellenistic astrology, numerology, and related esoteric traditions. The Service is available in Hindi and English.

3 User Accounts

3.1 Registration. To access readings beyond the free preview, you must create an account with a valid email address, name, and password.

3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@kismatchakra.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at registration and to keep your information up to date.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Each person may hold only one KismatChakra account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free predictions is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

3.5 Account Deletion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@kismatchakra.com. Upon deletion, any unused paid credits will be forfeited.

4 Credits & Payments

4.1 Free Predictions. New accounts receive 2 free cosmic readings upon registration. Free readings are non-transferable and cannot be carried over if an account is deleted and recreated.

4.2 Paid Credit Packs. Additional readings may be purchased in packs. The current pricing is:

• 5 Predictions Pack — ₹29

Pricing may change at any time. We will notify existing users of price changes via email before they take effect.

4.3 Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. KismatChakra does not store your card, bank, or UPI details. Payments are subject to Razorpay's terms and policies.

4.4 Credit Validity. Purchased prediction credits do not expire and remain valid as long as your account is active.

4.5 Credit Deduction. One credit is deducted for each successful reading. If a reading fails due to a technical error on our end before content is displayed, the credit will not be deducted.

5 Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of our service, we have the following refund policy:

• Credits already used for completed readings are non-refundable.
• Unused purchased credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 1 credit from the pack has been used. To request a refund, contact us at hello@kismatchakra.com with your order details.
• Technical failures: if you were charged but did not receive a reading due to a technical error on our platform, we will restore your credit or issue a full refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse, such as requesting a refund after using credits, or pattern-based refund requests.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree to use KismatChakra only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our system, servers, or databases.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or scrapers to access the Service or generate readings.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent the free prediction limit.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI system.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content via the contact form or any other input.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit readings generated by KismatChakra without our written permission.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or violate the rights of any person.

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

KismatChakra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• Astrological readings will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation.
• Any advice, insight, or prediction in a reading will result in any particular outcome in your life.
• The Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KismatChakra and its operators shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Damages arising from decisions made in reliance on astrological readings.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised access to your account.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to KismatChakra in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Content. The KismatChakra name, logo, website design, code, text, graphics, and AI-generated reading structure are owned by or licensed to KismatChakra and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9.2 Your Readings. The personalised reading generated for you is yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share readings on social media or with friends. You may not resell, republish, or commercially exploit readings without our written consent.

9.3 Feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our acceptable use policy.
• We detect fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the Service.
• Required by law or regulatory authority.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused paid credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at hello@kismatchakra.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered users via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of KismatChakra after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
